Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your order, and we’re here to help if something isn’t perfect.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Important:
Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and production reasons, the following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Custom-made garments

  • Bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear

  • Final-sale or clearance items

3. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue
    We will replace your item or issue store credit depending on your preference.

4. How to Request a Return

  • Full name

  • Photos (if applicable)

Our team will review the request and provide the return instructions.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Refunds & Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Ineligible returns (worn/washed/used items) will not be refunded

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are offered for:

  • Size changes

  • Color changes (if available)

If the requested size/color is out of stock, we will issue store credit.

8. Order Cancellations

Since most items are made to order, cancellations are only accepted within 4 hours of purchase.
