Cancellation Policy

At Miamagia, most of our products are custom-made, created individually for each customer. Because of this, cancellations are limited and time-sensitive.

1. Order Cancellation Window

You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.

After 12 hours, the production process usually begins, and the order can no longer be canceled.

To cancel within the allowed period, email us at:

2. Custom-Made Items

All custom-made products are started shortly after the order is confirmed.
Once production begins, cancellations are not possible.

This includes:

Made-to-order dresses
Custom-measured or personalized items
Special-color requests

3. Refusal of Delivery

If you refuse delivery or do not pick up your package:

Shipping fees are non-refundable
Return-to-sender fees may apply
Custom-made items are non-refundable

4. In Case of Processing Delays

If your order is delayed on our end and has not entered production yet, we will review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis.

5. Duplicate Orders

If you placed a duplicate order by mistake, contact us immediately.
If production has not started, we will cancel the duplicate for you.
