Thank you for shopping at Miamagia. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

Custom-Made Items

Most Miamagia products are custom-made, crafted individually for each customer.
Because of this, production requires 10–20 days before the order is shipped.

Ready-to-Ship Items

For in-stock items, processing time is 1–4 business days.

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.


2. Shipping Times

Once your order has been produced and processed, the estimated delivery times are:

  • Europe: 7–12 business days

  • USA & Canada: 8–20 business days

  • UK: 5–10 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days

  • Middle East & Asia: 7–14 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs, high demand, or carrier delays.


3. Tracking Information

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Destination country

  • Shipping method

  • Order weight and size

Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Delays

Your order may experience delays due to:

  • Customs inspections

  • Weather conditions

  • High seasonal demand

  • Production queue for custom-made items

Miamagia is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.


6. Incorrect Address

If the shipping address you provided is incorrect or incomplete:

  • Miamagia is not responsible for lost packages

  • Additional shipping fees may be required to resend the package

Please double-check your information before completing your order.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please:

  1. Check with your neighbors or building reception

  2. Contact the local carrier

  3. Contact our support team

Once a package is marked delivered, Miamagia cannot be held responsible for theft or loss.


8. Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Missing customs information (CPF, VAT, ID number, etc.)

  • Wrong or incomplete address

  • Failed delivery attempts

We will contact you to reship the package.
